Dr. Vail (only Dr. in the practice) is great. No rush exams; spends time answering questions and genuinely cares, taking the time to make sure everything is accurate. My prior eye doctor charged a "fitting fee" every other time we ordered new disposable contacts for my son. Dr. Vail does not do this. All prices are fair, and they work well with insurance.

I posted but could not just "delete" when my clients name came up (I was in his gmail calendar) so then I signed in as ME so I can review again. Dr. Vail is super! I wish the glasses came faster, but that isn't something they can do anything about.
