Horrible maintenance there rude, office ppl are not friendly at all, we have almost a book off all the rules,which are ridiculous. They try to tell ppl your only allowed to have 2 cars when most the community has 3 or 4!!!?? Theres a lot of sex oofenders that no one is aware of. They pick on ppl because not all the rules are enforced to every one. Like parking on the street, we get yelled at for it yet take a drive around the neighborhood and there's a lot of cars parked on the streets. We need new management!!!!

Have been calling around at different mobile home parks to find a lot. Asked the lady on the phone here if they had any lots available. Her response "no we do not and we never will, thank you bye." She wasn't exactly mean just cut me off and hung up. Every other place I called gave me detailed info on their services and other possibilities other than empty lots. I work in the service industry and if I or one of my co-workers answered a customer like that it would not end well for us. Because people write reviews.
