I have been in sales for 20 years and never once yelled at a customer and never will. I was trying to explain to you that belts break and is a separate part form the roller. ( Which I put on for you for free ) I was just trying to help you since you came in upset with the family problems you were dealing with I figured you were screaming at me do to those issues, not a simple belt issue.
