Maitri Yoga - Westminster

This studio is great. They hire amazing instructors and are true to the spirit of yoga. In a time when yoga has been popularized, Maitri continues to teach classes and run workshops that make you a better person rather than just getting a workout for your abs or butt. I've been a monthly member for over 2 years now and it's the best way I can spend my money. Do not hesitate to check out this little gem of a studio.
