Our stairs turned out beautifully! Alex, our installer, was very meticulous and made sure each cut was just right. Majestic Rails was very patient with us, as it took us awhile to finally decide what we were going to do. I've had contractors out for other reasons since then, and several have commented on what a great job they did.
