I guess reading the other reviews that I dodged a bullet with these folks. I was next on the wait list for a unit but just got bumped for no legitimate reason. Was told I would be able to move my things into a unit on Tuesday but instead get a call Tuesday morning saying that they had rented the unit to someone else and I was out of luck. At least they calledme before I picked up the rental truck to start moving things.
