DO NOT HIRE Masterpiece Stair! They are AWFUL when it comes to communication and customer service. They will lie to you, they will threaten to charge you more money, they will not give you a timeline or update on where you are on the schedule until the very last minute and then they will change that timeline! The owner, DJ, does not return calls, and then purposely delays calling you when he does finally call so he can then blames you for delays in production. I have never hired such a terrible customer service company. Do not make the same mistake I did and go with someone else for your new stairs.
