Highly disappointed, for the most part everyone I have dealt with have had attitudes because of lack of communication with my management staff and etc but what takes the cake is solely on them- they provided services and left my front door wide open within the 4 hours I was supposed to vacate my home. I am highly upset and could never trust this process again. Our previous company wasn't the greatest in trying to get rid of the issues how ever I was always greeted with great customer service and I have never come home to my front door open for the whole neighborhood to access! Highly unprofessional and careless. Especially after they knocked on my door like they were the police and prompted me with such attitude- When I called to let him know what had happened he hung up in my face- very rude! I will take this up with management as they need another servicer. Take some accountability even if management needed to lock my door, your staff should be trained to close the door. Mind you I have dealt with them without management staff and they closed and locked my door, now they couldn't even close the door behind them. Very bad customer service skills overall as far as the response I received once telling the management of this company of the situation, it was handled very poorly! I have a member of mean Green texting me harassing me he literally texted me harassing messages. I asked for him to please stop as he is harassing me -he did yesterday, only for me to wake up to him texting me this morning. Very unprofessional and borderline crazy! I have the text messages from this crazy man! I had to block him because he literally continued to text me. It was to the point of me feeling like getting the police involved! The same energy being used to text me is the same energy that should have been used to close my door after services were provided.
