I had a photo that I wanted as a present and knew Mike’s does custom prints. I went there and received very minimal support on options and it took me 2 hours to build out the design on their computers and I am good with computers. Then when purchasing they promised to have it done 2 days before Xmas. Showed up to pick it up and not only was it not in the store, it wasn’t even done. No one in the store was apologetic. Didn’t do a thing to correct the issue. Just said it’s not done and we can cancel if you want. Had my son with me and used that experience as a life lesson in poor customer service. Canceled the order and will never shop there again.
I was on a list for the Nikon D850, the most back-ordered DSLR in history. We were out of the country from 1/12 - 1/19. Mike's called on 1/12 and 1/13. I called back on 1/14, leaving a message. I then called two days later, after no response. I was then told that my camera had been sold to the next person on the list. Let this be a forewarning to anybody choosing to be on a list to receive a camera. You better respond quick!
