HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Was a loyal customer until today. I arrived 5 minutes after close there was still guests being helped and yet they refused to allow me to pay them to get my belongings....Smdh.....super disgusted

Whatever you do, DO NOT GO HERE!!! their customer service sucks. Stood at the front, (employees looking right at me) without being acknowledged for 20 mins. All the employees were sitting around and when actually doing something they move at the pace of a slug. Just rude and a horrible visit which seems to be the case anytime i have come here. I will no longer do business here, there are many others that actually make you feel like they want your business.
