Debbie was very easy to work with even though she represents the property owner. Nothing is without a glitch but this is about as easy as it gets. Not a renter but had to get a place for a year and a half. Was in the property quickly and moved out without issue. Just communicate with the property manager and be thorough in your inspection entering and leaving. Paranoid so I always recommend that you follow-up conversations in e-mail but I never had to use them. Very good experience.
