I agree wholeheartedly with the review given by the media professional above. We have experienced the same disorganization and uncertainty as to our loved ones’ care plan and have numerous instances of people at the executive level not returning our phone calls and emails. Just yesterday my wife was struggling to help her father get to the rest room as he was quite ill. A “caregiver” came into the room but refused to help because... “ she was too busy”. This is the care we receive for over $11,000 a month. We note that the owner’s response to posted complaints is to call the Executive Director, “Rhonda”. Ahem....she is one of the people we have tried to reach who never returned our email. So , please don’t suggest that we contact her or anyone else in that facility. This place needs a total staff restructuring.
