Mountain Flowers of Aspen

I recently called 15 minutes before close of business to send some Roses to a very dear friend . They not only took my order but they made a same day delivery ! Beautiful quality flowers and great service !

I tried to use this shop for my wedding in Aspen last summer. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO TERRIBLY BY ANYONE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. The owner of this shop is the rudest person I have ever interacted with. From the very first call she acted like I was bothering her and was uninterested in my order. She would NEVER call or email me back. When I had the audacity to call her back days later, she was so rude and even HUNG UP on me. The ONLY time she was pleasant was after 4 weeks of trying to get in touch with her (my wedding was less than 3 weeks away), I called and told her that I am very disappointed in her services and do not trust her to provide flowers for my wedding...her response ? (a quick, sarcastically happy) "OKAY GREAT THANKS BYEE :)! (click)" - unbelievable. I cannot believe this woman receives any business at all. I ended up googling "flower shops near Aspen" and found "Accent on Wildflowers" in SnowMass. I immediately called them (literally crying after my terrible experience with this Mountain Flowers shop) and "Accent on Wildflowers" was truly a Godsend. They were so kind and wonderful and, get this, they ACTUALLY GAVE ME MORE THAN 2 MINUTES OF THEIR TIME AND SPOKE TO ME ABOUT WHAT FLOWERS I WAS INTERESTED IN FOR MY WEDDING DAY. Accent on Wildflowers created the most incredible flower arrangements for our wedding. They were so caring and we had such a positive experience working with them. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this horrible shop. Unless you are going to spend thousands and thousands of dollars on flowers, Wendy will treat you like a peasant wasting her time.
