These guys were great! My son joined band this year and we needed to get him a saxophone. I was frustrated from talking to other music stores. When I called I talked to Patrick on the phone, he was knowledgeable and polite. My son and I went into the store to purchase the saxophone we talked about. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. When I asked about additional itemsI felt like everyone went out of there way to help get them and make recommendations. I wasn't left to figure it out myself. They talked to my son and made him apart of the process. We will be going back in the future for our music needs.
