Music City Hot Chicken

Music City Hot Chicken is one of my favorite meals in Fort Collins. Everyone loves fried chicken, and I love spicy food, and their hotter recipes will definitely make you sweat. I generally just go with the Nashville Hot, which is a very spicy hot that will pair perfectly with a cold adult beverage. My wife isn't quite as enthusiastic as I am about spicy foods, but she finds the Green Chile to be a good compromise of zesty heat without being overpowering. I usually get their macaroni and cheese as my side, which is probably the cheesiest mac n cheese that I've ever had. I'm not big on the dipping sauce, I usually get going and ignore it, but they have a wide variety of sauces to compliment your chicken as well.
