NextCare Urgent Care

First experience was quite good - doctor was very personable and gentle, yet efficient. Very short wait time. The follow-up call is quite considerate. Great with running co-insurance prior to being seen. Shortcomings: the TV is loud (as it is with many waiting rooms). I did call in more recently to see if a simple procedure could be done to remove metal from my finger and the front desk staff was very rude about not being able to do anything - I went to another urgent care and it took them 7 minutes to do the entire procedure. This was definitely not comparable to my first experience in-person at the facility.
