Nothing Bundt Cakes

Went in to buy several cakes for my wife's birthday. Before I was able to make a selection, or talk about the sale, I was informed the coupon I had in my hand was expired and that I would not be able to use it. Upon inspection I realized that yes indeed it was expired, I should have looked more closely. I apologized for my oversight and asked if we still might use it, I was told rather curtly, no. I was a bit put off by the tone and unwillingness to compromise. I left without buying any cakes and likely will not return. Their cakes may be delicious but there customer service and ability to see a valuable marketing opportunity is less than spectacular.
