Terrible experience. For starters, they rented us a property that was no longer available. Our party was then moved to a new location. Upon arrival to our "4 bedroom condo" we discovered one of the bedrooms was locked. After discussing with a representative we were told because we only had 6 people, the 4th bedroom would remain locked. We then had to pay an extra $400 to gain access to the room we were guaranteed in our rental agreement. After filing a credit card dispute, Ocean Summit accused us of damaging the stove (a week after our departure). Terrible, terrible experience. Save yourself the hassle and rent from a REAL CERTIFIED realtor.
