Worst experience I've ever had!!!!!! Never go here their staff is rude!!! They hung up on me over the phone! They tried to take my monthly payment out of two separate accounts four times with out auth!! I removed my checking account info from their website and they still took it out of my account twice and I got charges 68 dollars in over draft fees. They then told me it will take 4 business days to return the money by check! Such a joke!!! This place has the worst rates. We were not told about an extra 200 dollars that we would be charged for taking a loan out, we were not told that by not one rep in the branch and we delt with almost everyone in there because no one could do their job correctly! Then the manager told us it's our fault for signing the papers. He went page by page and read the loan to us and never once told us about the extra $200 fee. Worse experience ever!!!!!! Would never recommend this place !!! After in was done fighting with them for over a month my boyfriend called and had to settle it because the staff was so rude to me hung up on me and didn't realize I was upset because they totally screwed us. Worse experience ever. Don't work with Jose from Denver colorado he has no respect for people
