Optical Masters

I enjoyed my first visit to Optical Masters. I worked with two wonderful women who answered all my questions and treated me with dignity and respect. Imagine my shock when I come in to pick up my contacts and I'm met with a condescending, unkind man who found it really important to make sure I knew I was getting my optical terminology wrong. Don't worry, I know that I picked up my TRIAL contact today. It was also a trial for your clinic -- your poor service and condescending attitude tanked it. Go elsewhere or ask to be helped by someone who cares about their customers.
