From first entering the office, I was very uncomfortable and put off, as it looked straight out of an '80s Wall Street movie. The hygienist was very blunt and cold to me, and as being 17 and never having seen a dentist besides my child one, I was apprehensive to begin with. The X-rays were quick, but the hygienist acted as if I was intrupring her lunch. The cleaning was quite uncomfortable, practically painful, and the hygienist didn't seem to understand that mouths are not made of rubber, as she kept trying to over extend my lips. She stabbed every portion of my gums, causing an alarming amount of bleeding, claiming gingivitis, despite my orthodontist saying the very day before that I didn't have any inclination of gingivitis. She then proceeded to scrape my teeth, which has left them with a corse texture that is uncomfortable. Dr. Alex was kind when he first entered, but seemed very rushed and annoyed with my presence. He then checked on some cavities I had, which I had no idea of because the hygienist didn't tell me about them, poked at said cavities with one of his tools. On one tooth, he put an incredible amount of pressure that was painful, then I heard a snap, which he imidetly stopped looking at my mouth for the remainder of the visit. As I am writing this review, the night after my visit, my tooth is in such extreme pain that my tongue can't even touch it without me bursting into tears, let alone being able to fully close my mouth, teeth to teeth, because the tooth is broken because of Dr. Alex.
I do not recomend and I am shocked this man has so many raving fans, including my father.
