Panda Express

I’m giving them a 3 star usually the restaurant is on point. Today I had to drive through the drive through 3 times before I actually got help. They open at 10am. I was finally helped at about 10:03am and I was parked and told they would have my food right out. No receipt was given and it’s 10:16 am and no food has been brought out. I feel that this establishment should have employees 30minutes to an hour early to have the food prepped and ready to serve by 10am. I am not the only person waiting. This meal should definitely be free. I’m just now getting my food 18 after.
