The young guys when we first went there to pick up the parts were awesome and friendly, but as we discovered upon installation, they gave us the wrong coolant sensor, which is no big deal. I went back to return the brakes I bought (I didn't end up needing them) and exchange the sensor out for the correct one. I wasn't acting upset or anything, so I was really thrown off when the owner, who happened to be ringing us up, complained in a pointedly rude tone about how hard it's going to be to sell the sensor now since it was installed. All it had on it was plumbers thread and a little grease. I apologized and said I'd told the clerks I dealt with before the year/make/model, and that's what they gave me. He said, "Oh, so it's OUR fault?" then threw the money down. I said I was only trying to exchange the part and left to buy the parts I would have bought from them at Napa instead. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful at Napa. And all the parts fit.
