I would give this company zero stars. I filed a claim with them for hail damage in June. It is now November and the claim is still not finished. I have given them all the insurance money plus my deductible. I have not been able to get a hold of anyone in this company for weeks. They don't return phone calls and the voicemail for the main contact person Rich Duran from his Pueblo phone is full and I can't leave any further messages. I call the Denver number and leave messages but no return phone calls. I am seeking an attorney to help me get this matter finalized.
