What happened to you guys. I'm a car guy. I buy parts. Every time I go into this store I have to hunt someone down in order to pay. It keeps getting worse I know I have a choice where I can go. Most of the time I go to others auto parts stores. Not only are they helpful but I can get in and out with putting someone out to pay for my items. Pep Boys please step it up please! I used to love going to this store.
Your guy Randy in the service department is the dumbest man in America. Please learn how to under promise and over deliver. I took my company vehicle in for routine maintenance. 3 days later it finally moved from the spot where I parked it. Every time I called he told me it would be done in a couple hours. I'm not Exaggerating! I made an appointment for a fast turn around. Yeah right!
Pep Boys Please step it up! You have a great location and your store is pretty nice. You just have a bunch of brain dead people working for you. I recommend you clean house Starting with Randy. It will save you stress down the road. I think you need to send corporate in to coach up your people. Just mine and all your other customers observation.
