Wasn't satisfied with my grooming I had received on our pet, he was still wet and shedding even more than before when we got him back. (All he went in for was a deshedding treatment and a really good bath.) I told the people who took him into the back it was his first time so he might be nervous, he was beyond excited to see me after 3 or so hours. Then the groom tech told me he was kennel nervous, and I needed to bring him in more in the a.m. because there would be dogs. My dog is kennel trained and is fine with dogs, the problem is that was his FIRST time ever! I don't think he was reassured that he was okay, he seemed freaked out pretty bad.
