This is a great product but the local franchise and the national customer service are absolutely terrible. They nickel and dime you to death. I had my pod for 1 month and 14 days they charged me for 2 full months. They added a $10 container protection charge that I did not want. My initial bill was billed twice (because the web-site is also terrible)... on the Friday I was moving out of my house and left me strapped for cash over the weekend. I left a message that Friday and did not hear back until the middle of the next week. The gal I talked to was extremely rude and short with me. Do yourself a favor and find another company that provides the same service. The only pleasant part of the experience were the drivers.
Update: As if the fun above wasn't enough, I just got charged another $230 for a POD that I do not have after I called and told them this charge was showing on my account and to make sure they did not let it run though to which their reply was, oh, don't worry, it won't. Unbelievable!
