The work was fine, but we did have trouble getting the workers to do the prep work to protect property, prior to spraying paint, such as covering cars, etc. More importantly, we began receiving reports from homeowners of missing property after work was done to their units. Unfortunately, Prep-Rite's response to the multiple reports from residents was apathetic, at best. They were unconcerned with the possibility of a theft problem. In one conversation with a resident...and this is hilarious...they promised they would ask all of their workers if they had stolen anything.
