Pristine Waters Car Wash

I really wanted to like this place as it came highly recommended, but there was one factor that left a sour taste in my mouth. I went for the automatic touchless wash. I purchased the basic wash--I just needed to get the salt mess off the bottom of my car. The wash itself was good enough and left my car shiny, the problem is that to my surprise, the basic wash doesn't come with a blow dry. What's that about? Makes me not want to go back because their options are kinda off... the base has no wax but also no dry. The mid-range and high-range wash come with wax and dry. I want dry but not wax because I have a coating on my car that doesn't like wax. I can't get what I want here, which is a shame, because the wash seems good otherwise, so I probably won't go out of my way to go back.
