Mr. Bishop called shortly after his delivery and said he got the wrong mattress. We offered to let him use it until we could order him a new one in which he declined. So we immediately offered him a refund and scheduled an appointment to pick up his mattress the next day. He accepted that offer, however did not answer the door. He was then able to keep the mattress over the holiday weekend. We finally picked up the mattress the following week and gave him a refund.
There was no intent here, mistakes happen and when they do, we take care of them right away.

Completely inept. Such an ordeal trying to get my deposit back on a uhaul rental.
