I just called the Southlands Qdoba to place an order for pick-up because the on-line link did not work.
Me: Hi, I would like to place an order for pick-up.
Qdoba Employee: Uuuummm...we're really busy right now.
Me: WOW! SERIOUSLY!?!?
Then I hung up. I will NEVE go back there again. See, that is how you continually lose customers and when you lose enough, you lose your franchise!
