We took my wife's 2011 outback for updated touch screen receiver. Pete helped us quickly showing us different options and was not high pressure at all. The prices were competitive and he was up front on cost of special installation requirements and the need to order parts. We made an appt for installation once our parts arrived. On our appt day we dropped off the car and got a call two hours later that we were all set, we were again very happy with service and promptness. Upon pick up Pete helped us link phones and went through how to operate everything. Very good guy and definitely knowledgeable. The install looks perfect so thanks to those folks as well.
