This is one big scam company. Don't sign a lease with them EVER. They come in our place all the time with no real reason (like to change air filters, check fire alarms or check for leaks. Expect a unannounced walk through 4-6 times a year. They will tell you they don't do that before you give them money, then they will be semi-honest at the lease signing on how they are going to try to screw you over. This after they get your deposit.
