I'm an avid cyclist (commuter and distance rides) and I joined the Rebel Workout with the hopes of improving my endurance and recovery time through strength training. For this, I've primarily done the "Rebel" workout but really like the cycling classes as well. In the past I've done Insanity, P90X and strength training on my own at a gym but find I lack discipline without an instructor and group present to achieve noticeable improvements. I've made big improvements in my ability to ride multiple days in a row with little fatigue and I've been setting PR's in early spring (vs. mid-late summer in past years).The workouts are challenging but well balanced and the instructors are great about giving advise on proper form/technique. The only reason i gave 4/5 instead of 5/5 is it would be nice to have classes later than 6:30 but overall, I highly recommend The REBEL Workout!
