The staff (Denise) at Red Carpet World Travel was very rude. A vacation is something you look forward to and are very excited about booking. When I attempted to contacted Darlene I was treated very rude by her staff member Denise. Denise is extremely rude and I want to make you aware of this and want you to consider using another company. The way she treated me via phone was very uncalled for. If I could give zero stars I would. Small business with no professional etiquette whatsoever.
