They are great at the repairs but the office is horrible!!!! They are slow disorganized and never have answers. It took a week for them to even look at my car even though it was in their lot. Then anther 3weeksto fix. Now it's been 6 months since my car was repaired and I am still dealing with the office. I paid my deductible in full when I picked up my car but they didn't do the paper work for my rental and now I have to pay that bill. They have not contacted or return my calls about this situation.
