Best service department, terrible sales people
I’ve move around a lot in the last ten years and have been to a dozen different dealerships across half a dozen different brands for service and I have to say this is the best dealership for service I’ve been to. Bringing your vehicle in for service feels like you’re on a conveyor belt where all your questions are answered, all concerns resolved, and you’re out the door without skipping a beat. Every step of the process you’re dealing with people who are not only courteous but deeply knowledgeable.
Where this place falls flat is sales. When I brought my ‘16 V60 in for service I wanted to test drive a new V90 while I waited because my wife and I have waited for it so excitedly. The sales person knew virtually nothing of the vehicle and ended up questioning whether I could even afford it. It was an unwarranted amount of snark from a luxury salesperson, given I have a late model vehicle from the same brand and was dressed professionally at the time.
Honestly this place gets a 3 for sales and a 6 or 7 (out of 5) for service. As a dealership they’re committed to customer satisfaction and as a brand they’re improving all the time. While it might be a pain to buy from them, just hold your nose, get a good car, and bask in the warmth of a company committed to keeping you satisfied.
