These guys are GREAT!!!
I have been taking my car to Roadmasters Auto for the past 3 years now getting routine maintenance done on my 2001 Dodge Durango. This time though, they blew it out of the water! These guys are AWESOME! Will be going to them for everything as long as I live in the area.
Last week I called Nick at Roadmasters who I work with often there and asked him if they felt confident they could solve a heating and air issue even though they were technically more of a tire and suspension shop. He said yes, for sure. So I trusted him. I'm glad I did. They didn't discount any parts or labor, but they did show that they truly cared about how much of my money they were spending and kept timely communication with me on exactly what needed to be looked at next and how much it would be, all the while building a strategy to figure out the issue in the most cost effective way possible.
I picked my car up tonight and was so stoked when I turned my heating and air on. They CRUSHED IT!
On top of that, I asked them about recharging my AC and they advised me to wait until it gets warmer so they could charge the AC properly. They said if I had them do it now it would likely not be as effective. Imagine that! Thanks for looking out guys. I'll be back soon!
