Ross Dress for Less

This place is super disorganized and messy, I just wanna go in and clean it up for them every time I come in and shop. Not really sure how they can let the store get that bad to the point where shoes are mixed in with candy and so on. Only two lanes open for a lot of customers, I’m not impatient so no big deal but I know a lot of people were getting irritated of how long it was taking to wait. I still really do like this store though! Great prices for what you get. Thank you.

It is a hit or miss shopping here. It can get pretty trashed and fast. Their isles are very narrow to fit more than one cart so they leave their stocking carts to block flow down isles every day there. Their selection can be quite limited and a lot of their furniture seems to be damaged slightly--wobbly legs due to breaking at the joints in legs of furniture, nicks on wood finishes, smashed packaging, stained fabric covering. The clothes also show awkward staining in the kids' section. That being said they have mainly one cashier the first few hours of the first shift and can get slow.
