I paid my bill in full at the time of my visit. Now every month I get a new bill with more charges. So I go in and they have no record of payment and I have to prove to them it's been paid. We are so sorry we will get it fixed. Next month the same thing only this time they triple the amount. Seems like since you are the only game in town you can do any thing you like.
