The experience I have had with Sears is so very bad that I will never purchase through Sears again... no one in my family will purchase from Sears again... and I created a Yelp account. My family purchased a washing machine and paid to have it delivered and paid the fee to have our old washing machine taken away. The washing machine was delivered, but the moving team refused to take the old appliance. I immediately called customer service, and was told that this was a mistake and they had time to come back to pick it up 10 days later. I called back a second time and was told that they would have the truck return to pick it up immediately because it was an error and I should not have to wait. It is now 8 hours later, I have waited all day by the door and cancelled all appointments I had. I have now been told 4 times that they will be coming - customer service will not let me speak with any supervisors, and the "delivery" line is clearly in a foreign country. I do not expect the truck to come today, I doubt they even know there is an issue at this point. And so tomorrow I will have to start the process over again. I will be calling my sales representative first thing in the morning and, if required, I will go in person to the store force a local person to speak to me and acknowledge the royal mess their driver made.
