Unfortunately, we have had a horrible experience with Sears Repair. I will be home all day on Wednesday (8-5) for the THIRD time in a month. To begin, they will only give an 8-5 time frame for arrival----a nine hour window?? Come on, please respect MY time! The first day our technician showed up at 6:30pm AND without the necessary part to repair our washer (even though I told them the problem on the phone). So we schedule a second day (8-5). This time I did receive a notice of a smaller time frame to help plan my day and the technician did show up within that window, politely replaced the part and went on his way. However, with my first load of laundry I hear a loud clanking noise and discover we now have a whole new problem that was not present before the repair. We'll see how my next appointment goes, but I have a feeling I'll be sitting for another day to have a washer that works correctly. My biggest complaint is that they can not give me a smaller window and respect my time. I would go elsewhere, but I've already invested my $$ here and want to get what I've paid for.
