Had a 9am appt. At 1230 p.m., they still hadn't looked at my car. Manager argued with me about whether or not I even had an appt, until I pointed out that my name was on their board! He then told me that he thought he had all day with the car and that they were short handed, only had one tech, and couldn't hire anyone. Fair enough, but why do they keep accepting appts, if they can't honor them. Asked for my key back and left. BTW, the customer ahead of me was having the same problem...

Pathetic customer service. Made appt, arrived and didn't have record of the appt.
