We have our house up for sale & several people said there was an unpleasant odor when they walked in. After trying several DIY fixes, it apparently was still there. I contacted Service Master & Kendall came out & did a thorough inspection of the house. She offered several options & we chose to have hydroxyl generators run for 2 days. Kendall came back after 1 day to check & we agreed on one more day. The result was amazing. I highly recommend this company. They were responsive, professional & caring.
