Called on Monday, and they came out on Wednesday (in the middle of June, in a heatwave) for AC service. Appointment was scheduled 4:00-6:00. Eric was here about 4:15 and was done by about 5:00. He did a great job of troubleshooting, zeroing in on a low-cost problem. He was knowledgable, professional, friendly, and helpful. He suggested an easy, cheap self-service option for a secondary problem I had. Charged for the service call and parts, but no hourly rate. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and would recommend them to my friends.
My Air Conditioner stopped working. i called Signature based on its good reviews. The person i spoke with was clear, understanding and efficient. I had an appointment by the end of the day. A father/son team came out and carefully evaluated my situation. They also answered all of my questions and in clear and courteous ways. After diagnosing my problem, they fixed it quickly. They also respectfully and clearly explained what might happen in the future and what I should do. And best of all, they were very zoned in on making sure I wouldn't be spending money that I didn't need to spend. I was very impressed with their professionalism, their abilities and their personal touch. I see why they enjoy so many great reviews. Add mine to the list! I would recommend them highly to anyone and without hesitation.
