Beautiful reservoir and incredible area. The water level was quite low at the end of the summer when we visited so getting to the lake itself to boat and paddle board involved trekking though quite a bit of mud. However the surrounding area more than makes up for any concerns about the water level. The views are some of the best in the state. It's well work the travel to get here. Highly recommended.
