Silver Mine Subs

Food is good and that's why we keep ordering... However, the staff is ALWAYS extremely rude. I've been hung up on, dealt with snotty comments, had to ask them why they're being rude, and feared my food being tampered with because they're spiteful kids that act entitled. Hey, we all have to go to work. It's what makes the world go round. You wanna try to not be an ass hole to your customers?

Lovely staff and excellent service at this location. Always get exactly what I want delivery or walk in.

Order two subs for delivery and the email said they would be here at 6:54pm, I placed the order at 6:09pm and at 7:10 I called the store to make sure the driver wasn't lost. A male worker answered the phone and said that the driver left a half hour ago which is concerning because our subs are warm subs and for 20 for two subs I want them to be fresh. The female in the background wanted to know what was going and said I am wondering why he isn't there already. No one offered a refund or any kind or even let me take take 5 dollars off your order since he left the store with our warm subs a half hour ago or anything. We live five minutes away from the store so i am very dissapointed the empoyees acted as if i would just okay with this situation. I won't be taking my business here again.
