Simmer Fort Collins

What a perfect addition to west Fort Collins! The inside is beautiful with a relaxed environment. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. From drinks to food EVERYTHING that we tried was amazing! You must try the Devils on Horseback , peppers stuffed with almonds, goat cheese and wrapped in bacon YUM! You will not be able to find the unique, fun and delicious bar drinks anywhere in town.
