Smokey Monkey Pipes & Tobacco

Used them for 4 years and love them. Bought a product that ended up being the wrong size (we were specific on what we needed and even brought in the exact old banger for reference) it was no problem to bring it back, it had only been about 10 minutes. I brought my rig in and the incorrect banger, the employee informed me that she couldn't help me as the banger was smugged with resin, which she had just caused by attempting to jam the wrong size onto my rig, also when she tried to do this is cracked the banger I had just bought and the down stem on my rig which isn't even from their store. They still refused to help me even though they caused both problems. I took the product into the Smokey Monkey on Drake, they were unable to help with the broken banger caused by the other store but we FAR more pleasant to deal with than the store on Elizabeth. I replaced the banger that the team at smokeys broke after selling me the wrong product and will be changing smoke shops in Fort Collins. I'm not one to get super upset at stuff like this usually, but from a store that I respected it was really disappointing. I understand following store policy, but I also understand keeping loyal customers and do whats right. They broke my banger and my rig ✌
