Southwest Family Health Center and Urgent Care

I had injured my knee in February, talked myself into getting seen here because my knee was no better 6 weeks later. Finally get seen, tell dr hurt my knee Feb 10 and the dr informs me that "I can see it's swollen but people usually wait 3-4 months before they complain and get seen" ummm ok just check my knee out and I'll be on my way then. Forces a small tight knee brace on me even tho i say it hurts. Still not healing so i see primary care at westside clinic, get mri-torn pcl. I'm so mad that urgent care dr was so unhelpful she let me go with torn ligament. I went to urgent care instead of er because they still could xray and stuff, doesn't help if you don't use that equipment though. Never coming back again.
